Spray Applications 
High Pressure / Low Pressure 

Applying high-reactive elastomeric coating systems is only possible using a spray process. For high perfomance industrial requirements and larger areas the appliaction process needs a two-component high-pressure spray equipment with a working pressure of at least 130 bar which can be heated. For repair, smaller areas and industrial applications also a low-pressure machine can be used. DELTA high-build linings should be applied in a layer thickness of at least 1.5 mm, and for higher mechanical or chemical loads, in a minimum layer thickness of approx 3 to 4 mm. For standard applications we recommend an average layer thickness of approx 2 mm. Material consumption (component A & B mixed) - approx. 1,2kg/ 1m²/ 1mm thickness.

高反應性合成橡膠塗層系統只能用噴塗式方法才能應用。 針對一些需要高性能的工程和面積大的工程，需要應用混合式高壓噴塗機，同時噴塗時需要的壓力至少要有130 bar和需要加熱。對於小型維修的工程和面積較小的工程，可以使用低壓的噴塗。使用DELTA 的物料噴塗一層高結構性防水層至少需要有1.5mm厚，而噴塗一層需要抵受高機械性和化學性磨耗的防水層至少需要有約3mm至4mm厚。在基本的應用上，我們建議噴塗物料的標準厚度平均大約是2mm。物料的消耗（A和B料已經混合）大約厚度為1.2kg/1sqm/1mm。
